Unlock Difficulties Offline:
You can unlock other difficulty modes while offline, simply by clearing either episode on Normal, Hard, and Very Hard.

Unlock Dressing Room:
To unlock the dressing room, you do not have to have beaten any quests at all, you do not have to have cleared the game on any difficulty. All you need is have at least 10,000 Meseta in your inventory.

If you have 10,000 Meseta in the bank and less than 10,000 Meseta in your inventory, you can't get to the dressing room, but if you have 10,000 meseta in your inventory, you can.

If you have 10,000 Meseta in your inventory, you can access the dressing room from the menu that comes up when you select your character from the character select screen. You go to "Dressing Room", and it says, "It will cost 10,000 meseta to make this change, is this OK?" and then you select OK.

Unlock New Difficulty Settings:
Finish the objectives below to unlock the corresponding level of difficulty in the single player game:
Hard - Can be entered at level 20
Very Hard - Can be entered at level 40
Ultimate - can be entered at level 80

Online, rise to Level 80 in any of the difficulty settings to unlock the next one up.

Hint: Escape paralysis:
If you are poisoned by a plant enemy while stuck in paralysis the paralyzing effect will immediately disappear.

Hint: Get any name and station ID you want:
5 steps to getting any name you want with any section ID you want in XBOX PSO.
(1) Create a character for online play and name it one of the following to get the specific section ID that you want:
Pinkal: 0 v5.0 (Note: there is a space between the "0" and "v")
Redria: 1 v5.0
Oran: 2 v5.0
Yellowboze: 3 v5.0
Whitill: 4 v5.0
Viridia: 5 v5.0
Greenill: 6 v5.0
Skyly: 7 v5.0
Bluefull: 8 v5.0
Purplenum: 9 v5.0

(2) After you hit "ok" you will go through the voice mask screen and then the HL agreement screen. You'll start to connect to XBL but an error message will pop up on screen that reads: "(No.309) This character name cannot be used on Xbox Live. Press A to use the Character Select screen to rename your character."

When you hit A it saves your character information and takes you to the "Game Mode Select" screen.

(3) Choose either "Online Game" or "Offline Game" and select your new character. Then select "change name" from the prompt list.
(4) The next screen will be the "rename" screen and allow you to change your character's name so that you can play on XBL. Now here comes the good part...you can name your character whatever you like and it won't change your section ID!

(5) Get online and play with your new character.
