Play as Dark Mega Man
At the character select screen, highlight MegaMan X, then press Circle, Circle, Left, Left, Left, Left, Left, Left, then hold L1 + R2 and press X.

Play as Dark Zero
At the character select screen, highlight Zero, then hold R1 and press Right, Right, Right, Right, Right, Right. Release R1, then hold Circle, and press X.

Ultimate Armor
Highlight "X" and press Circle, Circle, Left, Left, Left, Left, Left, Left, then hold L1 + R2 and press Start. The first Dr. Light capsule you find will give you ultimate armor.

All Weapons, Abilities, Ammo
At the Title screen, press Up, Down, Left, Left, Circle, Square, Triangle, X, X, X, Left, Up.
