First make a backup of the file: Edit hitmanbloodmoney.ini add "EnableCheats"
(without the quotes) at the end. Then press C during game play to display
the cheat menu. Press [Up] or [Down] to highlight a cheat option, then
press [Enter] or [Left] or [Right] to toggle that option.
