Bazooka shooting
Bazookas can be hard to aim but you will get used to it but if you are trying to blow someone into the water I recommend not hitting them directly but hit a wall or something close enough to them to where they will be affected (if you want to send them to the right hit a wall or something on their left and vice-a-versa).
