Skip mission
Hold [Option] and select "Tour of Duty" at Missions menu. Then hold [Option] and select "Go To Next Mission".
Alternately, hold [Option] and select "Briefing" at the Pilot menu.

Fly other aircraft
To change aircraft, the new plane must be one that is normally available during the mission. Enter the aircraft name and its mission ID as a Callsign on the Pilot screen.
For example, if there are four F-117s in a mission, their IDs would range from 00 to 03, and you would type the following code to fly the second F-117 of the four aircraft:

fly:F117-01

Hold [Option] and select "Tour of Duty" from the Missions menu. Then enter an aircraft and a mission number within the fields provided.
