To build a castle quickly, first lay its foundation then hold the up arrow!

Hold [Option] and start a new game.
Alternately, enter a name and identity. Then hold [Shift] and click "OK"
to start a new game. You will have 7 knights, 6 infantrymen, 5 archers,
a siege tower and all wooden bars.

Hold [Option] + [Shift] -- or [Option] + [Alt] during game.
