Type the quote from the author of the current scenario at the mission selection screen. (The quotes can be found in the credits under the heading "Addenum".)

Select level
Set the system date to November 5, 1995. Begin a game and save it as "Magazine Review". Reset to the current date and restart game. All levels will now be selectable.
