To unlock Supchapter 1, beat Stage 3 of Chapter 3 in Weapon Master Mode.
To unlock Subchapter 2, beat Stage 3 of Chapter 4 a second time in Weapon Master Mode w/L72 or more.

Hint: Easy Cash
If you can get Yoshimitsu's Soul Edge you can do this trick. On the levels that you earn money for killing your enemys (chapter 8, for example) use Yoshimitsu's Soul Edge. It takes the health from the enemy and stores it into your own health guage. It is an easy way to beat your enemys and gives you money to spend.
