When you get the bike, go on it and don't move. Now hold B and you'll
start bunny hopping.
Easier
level up
Get an experience share and put it on a pokemon you want to level up.
Then go into a battle and fight with the pokemon you put the experience
share on. The experience points you get at the end of the battle will
double.
