See Stan Lee In The Movie:
Access the bank robbery with Doc Ock. Now find the part when Spider-man gets smashed into the wall and a big piece of brick falls on the ground. Right before it hits the ground you'll see Stan Lee dodging the brick and yelling "Watch Out!"

Japanese Promo:
At the Main Menu on Disc 1, highlight 'Special Features' and press the ENTER button on your remote. Then highlight 'Commentaries' and press ENTER. When the next menu appears, highlight 'Off' under the words 'Technical Commentary.' Then press the RIGHT arrow button on your remote, followed by the UP arrow button. A spider icon will light up. Press ENTER to see director Sam Raimi in a filmed Spider-Man 2 promo made for a Japanese press group.

I Wish I Were a Rich Man:
At the Main Menu on Disc 2, highlight 'Gallery' and press ENTER. When the next menu appears, press the UP arrow button on the remote. The zigzag lines over Spider-Man's head will light up. Press ENTER to see Molina singing a few bars of "If I Were a Rich Man." (The versatile Molina played the role of Tevya in "Fiddler on the Roof" on Broadway.)

Willem Dafoe makes a cameo:
In Disc 2, access the 'Making the Amazing' option. Within the first screen (the play-all screen) go to the 'Play-All' option and press UP. The left tentacle should be highlighted. Select it by pressing ENTER to see a short clip of Willem Dafoe helpnig to "motivate" Alfred Molina.
