Alternate explosion:
Insert the second disc of the set and on that disc’s Main Menu, highlight the 'Action Sequences' menu entry. Then, press RIGHT to highlight the icon of a bus. Press ENTER and you will get to a number of credit pages. Browse through them by pressing RIGHT and at the end you will get to see the alternate Cargo Jet Explosion, as it was shown in the Airline versions of the movie.
