Go to the biography of screenwriter Ted Griffin in the 'Cast & Crew' menu located in the 'Special Features' section of the disc. Interestingly, the trailer is actually presented in a 16x9 enhanced widescreen version.

DVD credits:
The second feature can be found in the 'Special Features' menu of the disc. Go down to the 'Deleted Scenes' and then use your arrow key to highlight the word 'Features'. If you press ENTER, you will get to see a screen with the DVD production credits.
